This Agreement applies to the access and use of the The India Weddings website, including the website's mobile and online versions (the "Website") and to the download and use of any of our applications (including iOS and Android applications) accessible in the anywhere (the Applications), and registration to or use of any of the services provided by us through the aforementioned platforms (collectively, with the Website and Applications, each, a "Service" or the "Services"). By using any of the Services, you agree to, and are bound by, these terms and conditions of service of this Agreement (including the Privacy Policy) for as long as you continue to use the Services. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

1. Purpose: The Company is a serious matrimonial platform for those seeking a life partner, not a dating site.
2. Registration Form: Candidates must complete the registration form in full.
3. Membership: While the Company is free, we offer paid services that promote profiles through emails, SMS, and calls, and may include newspaper promotions.

Eligibility for Registration as Candidates

Age: The minimum age for registration is 18 years for women and 21 years for men. Candidates must be legally capable of entering into a contract

Terms of Use

1. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
2. Membership: The service is for individuals sincerely interested in marriage. Each person can have only one account.
3. User Conduct: Users must not engage in unlawful activities, post false or misleading information, or harass other members.
4. Profile Information: All information provided by users must be accurate and truthful. Users should independently verify the content of other profiles. The user should verify the credentials facts of the proposed candidate by himself / herself.
5. Privacy and Communication: By registering, users consent to receive emails, SMS, and calls from the Company.
6. Content Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the information they post. The Company does not control or guarantee the accuracy of content posted by users. The India Weddings Matrimonial Service will not be liable in case of any wrong match made due to any misrepresentation.
7. Profile Verification: The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of user profiles and may ask for documentary evidence such as photos, Govt varification documents, proof of identity, mobile number, email address…. Etc.
8. Photographs: Users must upload decent photographs in JPEG/PNG format. Inappropriate content will result in account deactivation.
9. Criminal History. The India weddings Matrimonial Service does not conduct any type of criminal or any background screening on its members.
10. The India Weddings Matrimonial Service will not be responsible for any disputes before or after the marriage.
11. Meeting Matching System Criteria. The Singles Service requires your completion of the Compatibility information's for The India Weddings to find highly compatible potential partners. The India Weddings will not be able to provide partner suggestions to users who have not completed the Compatibility areas.
12. Legal Compliance: Illegal or unauthorized use of the site will result in legal action.
13. Exclusive Use: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity, except if previously agreed to by us. You acknowledge that The India Weddings is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your usernames and passwords.

Payment and Refund Policy

1. All payments for services at The India Weddings Matrimonial Service have to be made infavour of DULLUZ INTERNATIONAL LLP only. All payments need to be made on 100% advance basis to continue to use uninterrupted Paid Services.
2. All payments for services are non-refundable. Membership plans vary in terms of services offered.
3. We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments in any other name (i.e. any other individual or organization name) or via personal Western Union or personal Paypal Accounts for any services rendered by The India Weddings Matrimonial Service.

You are informed that under no circumstances will The India Weddings Matrimonial Service be liable for any damage caused due to your transactions / payments made to / infavour of such fraudulent individuals or organizations. To protect your interests, please contact us immediately if any such fraudulent individual or organization tries to mislead you.

Cancellation and Refund Policy/ Money Back policy

1. Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its discretion. No refunds will be provided if the account is terminated due to violation of the terms and conditions.
2. Refunds: All payments made for membership or other services are non-refundable. Users are encouraged to review the services before making a purchase.
3. Once subscribed, the payment made by the Member for Paid service is not refundable and no claim for refund would be entertained.

The India Weddings Matrimonial Service neither offers any guarantees for the accuracy, timeliness, authenticity nor advocates any of the content posted by the other Member. All the services are on a best effort basis.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

1. Content Accuracy: The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, honesty, or quality of user content. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from interactions between users.
2. Site Availability: We strive to maintain continuous and error free service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Intellectual Property

1. Proprietary Rights: The Company retains all proprietary rights to the content on the site.

You understand that The India Weddings Matrimonial Service makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ultimate compatibility with individuals you meet through the Singles Service or as to the conduct of such individuals.
2. Reporting of Violations. You will promptly report to The India Weddings Matrimonial Service any violation of the Agreement by others, including but not limited to, Registered Users.
3. Content Removal. The India Weddings Matrimonial Service reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the information or material you submit to the Services or post in the public areas of the Services. The India Weddings Matrimonial Service will have the right to remove any such information or material that in its sole opinion violates, or may violate, any applicable law or either the letter or spirit of this Agreement or upon the reasonable request of any third party.
4. Posting and Communication Restrictions. Every user is obligated to observe the Community Guidelines and not misuse the Service. In particular, you will not post, transmit to other users, communicate any content (or links thereto), or otherwise engage in any activity on or through the Services, that:
   1. promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
   2. is intended to or tends to abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate any other users of the Services;
   3. is defamatory, intentionally inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually charged, obscene or otherwise objectionable or unlawful;
   4. infringes the intellectual property right of The India Weddings Matrimonial Service or any third-party including copyright in and to content (e.g., music, movies, videos, photographs, images, software, literary works, etc.);
   5. contains video, audio photographs, or images of another person;
   6. promotes or enables illegal or unlawful activities, such as instructions on how to make or buy illegal weapons or drugs, violate someone's privacy, harm or harass another person, steal someone else's identity, create or disseminate computer viruses, or circumvent copy-protect devices;
   7. is false or misrepresentative or otherwise intended to defraud, swindle or deceive other users of the Services;
   8. contains viruses, ransomware, spyware, adware, time bombs, trojan horses, cancelbots, worms or other harmful, or disruptive codes, components or devices;
   9. promotes or solicits involvement in or support of a political platform, religion, cult, or sect;
   10. disseminates another person's personal information without his or her permission, or collects or solicits another person's personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes;
   11. is off-topic, meaningless, or otherwise intended to annoy or interfere with others' enjoyment of the Services;
   12. impersonates, or otherwise misrepresents affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity;
   13. solicits gambling or engages in any gambling or similar activity;
   14. uses scripts, bots or other automated technology to access the Services;
   15. uses the Services for chain letter, junk mail or spam e-mails;
   16. collects or solicits personal information about anyone under 18;
